Not only an outstanding professional, but Susan is an exceptionally kind and compassionate person

I suspect it was through her strong networking skills and/or knowledge of the community, Susan had the eventual buyer of the property “on board” very quickly. She then successfully negotiated for the asking price of the property. She then meticulously addressed all of the buyer’s concerns, whether it be landscaping issues, efficiency of the A/C unit, functioning of the fireplace, etc. She hired and supervised the required workmen and inspectors. All this was done by her, and with modest cost for me. She communicated all of the details to me and she was always readily available if I had any questions. She always made the effort to ensure that I was comfortable with all decisions. And always demonstrated genuine kindness and concern. The closing was on time and effortless (on my part).
