Susan Lombardo is truly AMAZING! From beginning to end she went above and beyond. She and her team were totally focused on us as a customer, from the staging person, to the awesome photos and video and talking us out of the tree when we were stressed. If you want it done right, reach out to Susan and The Lombard team! They ROCK!
Susan and Tisa are the dream team. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, negotiation savvy, and well-connected, but they go above and beyond to make sure everything gets done perfectly and on time. They scheduled and meet with all of appraisers, contractors, and inspectors involved, and they also have a network of reliable, affordable, efficient tradespeople who can handle any surprises that comes up. In this market, I don’t think we would have been able to compete without the tenacity and expertise that these two women bring to the table. You won’t find a better team.
So thankful for Susan Lombardo! She guided us through the process of selling our house with kindness and expertise. Susan is a true professional, and it is obvious to me why she is one of the top agents in her field. She earns that status every day, with every client!
