We contracted Susan to list our house in Chelsea this year and was very pleased with the hard work and professionalism Susan and her whole staff gave us. I feel she marketed our house and helped us come up with the right price to sell in a reasonable amount of time. We sold our house fairly quickly and seems to have always had a showing. Anytime we called her we always had an immediate response from either Susan, Brandy or Aaron. Good communication with your agent is extremely important as I have called certain agents in our area and never had a response from them. This was never the case with Susan and her staff. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Unfortunately I didn't get to work with Susan for an extended period - she called me by end of the 2nd day with 6 offers! We had a finalized contract by the end of day 3. I know many agents but wanted to use a local realtor that knew and lived in the area. Susan was highly recommend by a local business I used for years. Here is our story... We moved out of state for a job and , prior to that we had our house on the market for a few months already with another agent, it was going slow , the busy season was over, and we got disappointed that our beautiful home did not sell.
