I hav known Susan for over 10 years. During these years she rented my houses multiple time and often was very helpful in dealing with insurances and repair guys when we were out of town. This summer we decided to sell one of the houses. Susan was so knowledgeable in RE market and so confident, she was able to sell it in 39 day after listing was posted. That was a WOW!
