Susan was incredibly helpful with my most recent home purchase. This deal was complicated by several factors. First being that I am a US Citizen living abroad. Getting a buyer's agent to represent me since I could not do any of this business in person was paramount. Second issue was the house being purchased was listed as a FSBO. With that, there were certain items that would be normally missed or possibly lead to issues with title at closing. Finally, there were the normal interpersonal dealings that are always a part of any business transaction, but that are more pronounced when dealing with FSBO properties. Susan helped get contracts straightened out and served as the conduit for information to myself as well as the seller. She helped to point out issues and remind all parties of the legal requirements for getting a real estate contract properly executed. She even provided guidance that if certain items were not met, it could result in breach of contract and other possible legal avenues. It shows that she was particularly dedicated to her clients' financial and legal well-being and standing. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would certainly give her my business for any future purchases in and around the St. Louis Metro area.

We had some issues with the house, lenders,inspections and all of them were handled beautifully by my agent and very professionally!!!

From the beginning Susan was the absolute best, she was very informative, compassionate, she helped our family reunite by selling our home quickly.
