I have known Susan Horne for several years, and I worked with her on several Real Estate transactions (I was a Realtor in Palm Beach County). I recently moved and asked Susan to list my home for sale. She was terrific throughout the process. At our first meeting she asked thoughtful questions and offered several great suggestions to make our home look it's best for prospective buyers. She stayed in constant contact with us, and updated us on the showing activity on a regular basis. We sold our condo in just over a month, and she handled the negotiations and follow-up (inspections,etc) with great attention to detail. She was terrific in every way, and we couldn't be happier to have had her represent us. I would recommend Susan Horne to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Boynton Beach/Delray Beach area!
