When me and my family were ready to purchase our forever home, I contacted an old friend who referred me to Susan Herrera. I called her and we had an immediate connection. From the very beginning she understood what we were looking for and made her mission to find our dream home. Buying a home is very stressful at times, and not everything turns out the way you want. We made an offer in house we really liked but got outbid by other family. As disappointing as that was, Susan called me back later on that day to check on how we were doing. We made an offer that weekend and open escrow by Monday. The best part of being able to work with Susan was that she not only our realtor and she was also our loan originator, so I did not have to deal with anybody else. Which really made us feel at ease because by then she had gained all our trust. Buying a home is never an easy process but Susan’s years of experience made it a breeze, we were able to close escrow within 12 days!
