SUSAN HERRERA

When me and my family were ready to purchase our forever home, I contacted an old friend who referred me to Susan Herrera. I called her and we had an immediate connection. We went to go see it that weekend, after we were done looking at she asked us for our feedback. She told the listing agent our thoughts and Susan was able to knock out 25,000 off the listing price! We made an offer that weekend and open escrow by Monday. The best part of being able to work with Susan was that she not only our realtor and she was also our loan originator, so I did not have to deal with anybody else. Which really made us feel at ease because by then she had gained all our trust. Buying a home is never an easy process but Susan’s years of experience made it a breeze, we were able to close escrow within 12 days! I consider myself very fortunate that I was able to work with Susan, in finding our forever home. Susan thank you so much! We will definitely be referring you to all our friends and family!
