I can’t express how great it was to work with Sue. When I decided to start looking at houses I reached out to multiple agents that were recommended to me and didn't get responses. By chance I called Sue's office and the next day she was able to show me a house I wanted to see. The showing went so well that I was more than happy to make her my agent. Sue is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and more than accommodating! From changes with my desired price range and the neighborhoods I was searching within, to the long lists of houses I asked to see, she stuck with me and was nothing other than pleasant. She helped me make multiple offers. I backed out of one, was outbid on another, and finally had an offer accepted. I experienced some difficulty and delays with my financing, and I don't think I could have stayed positive and got through it without her. The best part of working with Sue was how comfortable I felt, it was truly like a friend was showing me houses. I could count on her honesty and opinions when I needed them, and answers to my questions were always given in a timely manner even if she needed to reach out to the selling agent to get them. I keep her cards in my purse and at my desk at work, and will recommend her to anyone I know that needs an agent. I hope to be in my house a long time, but she will be who I call when it is time to sell.
