We would describe Susan with the following: • Thorough in providing responses to questions specific to community knowledge, buyers need’s and understanding the buyers criteria • Accommodating the buyers that were out of state (i.e., setting up virtual tour, responding quickly to establishing a contract for purchase and flexible schedule in meeting buyers in person) • Approachable and friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to go the extra mile Susan demonstrated solid customer service and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend her to any of our friends and relatives.
