We are "rather picky" buyers and after numerous offers and challenges with regard to a very difficult buyers market Susan was able to help us pull off a buy from some fickle sellers. Susan helped us navigate the, "at times," absurd requests from the sellers and their listing agent. We even had to change financing companies at the eleventh hour and she was able to work with the lender and sellers and get us close with minimal delay.

Me and my wife was in a situation and in need of a home to purchase fast. We went looking and found a house and called the realtor and Susan showed up to meet us. After showing us the home we was talking and explained to her our situation. She found a few and we found a few and after it was all said and done we found the one. She was right by our side through the whole thing. From the finding to the closing she kept us up to date on everything and pointed us in the directions we needed to go next.
