Susan's a real pro - pays close attention to every seemingly little detail. She will go to great lengths to make everything perfect, from timing, to sign placement to interior design. At a higher level, her experience shows with the strategy and counsel she applies/provides. She's fun and confident. Our sale required a lot of communications and adjustments, compared to others in our past. She was always available to help. Always. She has quick and extensive access to top-shelf resources: movers, warehouses, locksmiths, for example. She makes it so you don't have to worry. There were two or three points in the process where we thought "We wouldn't want anyone else representing us." There's more to say.
