There are certain people who make a lasting impact during major life events, and for my home-buying journey, that person was Susan. From our very first conversation, Susan was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home—not just any home. No matter how many properties we looked at or how many questions I had along the way, she was always available with honest advice, guidance, and encouragement. What stood out most was how much she truly cared. It never felt like I was just another client or transaction. Her communication was outstanding, her market knowledge was invaluable, and her professionalism never wavered. The truth is, I don’t believe I would be in the home I’m in today without Susan. A few months ago I would have never considered that owning a home may even be a possibility for me, but now as of 6/1 I am a homeowner thanks to Susans help. She is very thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was really great at guiding us thru the entire process, which was especially appreciated as a first time buyer. She was able to refer me to a great lender, took us on walk thrus right away on houses we were interested in, and promptly responded to any questions I had along the way and trust me I had a lot! She was able to answer all my questions, effectively and promptly. We felt very taken care of thru out the whole process and felt like Susan really had our back, and our best interests in mind. We have nothing but nice things to say about Susan, we are so thankful for her and cannot recommend her enough!

Susan was great to work with. She helped us through the purchase process while we were out of state. She was great at communicating with us at every step. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We truly appreciated working with her.

We enjoyed are experience with Susan. The first house we bid on the owners backed out 4 days before closing. I was very upset. But Susan was just as upset as we were. So, Susan was right there for us. We finally purchased a beautiful forever home. And Susan went out of way to help find it for us. Every time we had a question on anything she was right on top of it. She returned are phone calls immediately. it was a joy dealing with her. I would recommend her to any of our friends and relatives. Thank Susan for being thee for us.
