Susie was absolutely incredible during our home buying and selling processes. She always made herself available and had us see all of the houses we were interested in as soon as possible. One particularly great thing about Susie—if she knew a house wasn’t worth seeing, she would tell us up front about its issues and advise against looking at it. During our various viewings, she also provided great insight and let us know about any non-obvious issues we may not have noticed. When selling our house, Susie gave great advice about staging, decorating, etc. Susie is VERY knowledgeable and helped us in any way she could to make sure we were doing what was best for us. Susie always put us, the clients, ahead of everything else, and we are so appreciative of her kindness and attentiveness. More than anything else, Susie went ABOVE AND BEYOND during the final week of closing on our new home. We had trouble with our mortgage company providing the closing documents to the title company that week, even suggesting we push back the closing, but Susie was not going to let happen. She worked tirelessly to make sure we closed on time! She answered all of my panicky phone calls and texts the night before closing, assuring me that everything was going to turn out ok and went out of her way to call the bank dozens of times to ensure we would close without any problems. Susie truly cares about her clients, which shown through in her persistence to make sure we were taken care of during this process.

Susie was incredible to work with. We worked with her for nearly a year before we found our house. Throughout that year, she helped us through pretty much any scenario you could think of: trying to buy from out of state, loans falling through, getting out-bid multiple times, indecisiveness -- you name it, it happened. She's basically an angel for putting up with it all (and for putting up with us). She never wavered. Always encouraging and patient. Though I think what we appreciated most was her realistic approach and how she helped us keep our heads and our wits about it all in-check. 12/10 Susie is the best!!! Because of her, we were able to get our dream house in a crazy housing market. We were out of state buyers and she was so accommodating when showing us houses. She advocated for us every step of the way and I truly think she had our best interests at heart. To say that she is good at her job is an understatement-she is one of the hardest working people I have EVER met. She was knowledgeable, responsive (got back to us at record speed), went above and beyond during every step of the process all the way until closing, and very pleasant to work with! We even had slow communication with the mortgage company and Susie made sure they stuck to their timeline and because of her, we were able to close on time. I would trust her with my life and honestly asked her to be my power of attorney but she politely declined so that shows how smart she is. In all seriousness, I would recommend Susie to anyone looking for a house as I am 100% sure we would not have been able to get a house like we did without her!!!
