We had a wonderful experience working with Susie to purchase our first home! My husband and I were new to the Pittsburgh area in addition to being first-time home buyers. We needed someone who could help us understand the process as well as the market and all the different neighborhoods. We had a loose timeline, so Susie worked with us over a period of almost 4 months until we closed on our home last week, and I'm honestly so sad that we are all finished working with her! She showed us so many houses, and throughout the process she taught us a lot about home ownership in general. For example I learned about knob-and-tube wiring, french drains, sump pumps, and more all from Susie! Even though we worked with her for quite a while, she was always extremely responsive no matter the day or time. She explained every step of the process very clearly and did not let anything slip through the cracks. We hope to be in our home for many years, but if the day comes that we sell it we'll definitely be calling Susie.

Susie is very patient and willing to listen to what you need. She knows the area well and knows how to work with the sellers and their agent. She is so thoughtful and even gave us a giftcard for our new house! She was right alongside us every step of the process...nothing is missed by her. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy!
