Susan priced our house almost perfectly in line with what the house ended up being assessed at. That gave us reassurance that she knew her stuff and we were in the right ballgame on pricing. She gave us helpful hints as what to fix and or remove. She stayed on top of the market, helping us understand what was going on. She has a list of repair people at reasonable prices for repairs and or updates. Susan will mimic your preferences concerning communication. If you want a call everyday, once a week or only when necessary, she will accommodate. She stays on top of of and reminds you when you have something that needs attention. We had an issue with our boat dock and she was attentive to the situation, even trying to come up with other solutions. Susan deserves an A in our book and we would highly recommend her to any and everyone.
