Working with Susan far exceeded our expectations. It was really just a dream for us to become homeowners in Monterey. We really like Susan! My wife and I were just passing through Monterey we when we saw an open house sign. We stopped in and met Susan who was hosting. We were guarded when she asked us what we were looking for? Our experience at other open houses was that the agents were all over us to the point of suffocation. Not Susan. She was easy going and knowledgable and not pushy. We liked that. We told her we were looking to buy in the next couple of years but not right now. She was respectful of that. She also said that if we were in town the following day she would be happy to show us a handful of places if we were interested? 18 months later we purchased a condo in Monterey thanks to her. Everything about the process was a pleasant experience even when our offer on another property was accepted and we withdrew it the following day. After a less than stellar home inspection which informed us of lots of additional work that would need to be done we just had to cancel the offer. Susan wasn't fazed, she said: "let's go look at some more properties while you are in town, I know we will find your new home". Later that day we put in a bid on our new place.
