Susan Banks

Susan was an all-star agent. We read some of her previous reviews, but we were blown away with her presentation, market analysis and how she wanted to approach the sale. She quickly engaged with the home, staging, photos, flyers, and within a week, we were in a contract, amazing!!!. I have worked in the past with other agents, and she is by far, the best agent I have ever work with. Susan is very knowledgeable of the market trends; she has done her homework. Susan remained communicated often, leaving all fears of the unknown behind. From the moment we met, Susan was always looking out for my best interest, and counseled me in each decision we had to make throughout the whole process; we never felt alone. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. Would use her services in the future!

Susan helped us navigate through a tumultuous market in order to buy our forever home. There were many roadblocks that she had to navigate through from issues with late appraisals to hurdles on the seller's end. Each one was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Her market knowledge is invaluable and we can highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

She was amazing and did great job selling our home. I highly recommend her. We got a little discouraged for a while but she talked us through it. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. I recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home.
