I can't say enough good things about Sunny and Shannon. I was put in a position where I had a month to move. I was a first time home buyer, and had seen Sunny advertise on Facebook about specializing in first time home buyers. Due to my short time frame, I didn't have time to do much on my own and was relying on Sunny and Shannon to guide me through the process. After contacting Sunny, I had a lender and was pre-approved for a home loan within the day, and was looking at houses with Shannon the following day. I spoke with Shannon several times a day throughout this process, until the day I closed on my house. She was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had (and I had a lot of questions!). If she didn't know the answer immediately, she found the answer and got back to me right away. Without Shannon, we would have not even looked at the house we ended up buying. She encouraged us to look at everything! Thanks to her hard work, we ended up finding a house within two weeks and closing on the house two weeks later. I never could have imagined going from looking at houses to buying a house in only a month, but these ladies (and my wonderful lender, Samantha Fraser) made it happen! As stressful as this process was, I not once questioned my choice in realtors. They are both amazing and I'm already recommending them to everyone I know!

Perfect market, time and agent to sell our first home. We were truly blessed throughout this transition in our life. Our home sold in less than 48 hours from listing. We received immediate feedback from many viewings by email. Super cool. We don't have a lot of experience with buying and selling, but we did have a horrific experience with another agent purchasing property before listing our home. We asked our friends for referrals and met with a couple of agents. After meeting with Sunny, we knew in our hearts she was the agent who would sell our home with the best results. She was extremely knowledgeable about properties in our area of town, our selling points and the drawbacks that might deterr buyers. Her conclusions we're validated from potential buyers' feedback. Her network of realtors and connections in the community is vast, so she was able to promote our listing quickly to a large, target audience. Additionally, Sunny gifted us a personalized door mat and card at closing. This is NOT the standard. Deducting commission from a home sell can be a little painful, but it's not so bad when it's genuinely appreciated. Sunny is dedicated, passionate, humble and a pleasure to work with.
