We were very comfortable working with Sunitha, she formed a WhatsApp group with my wife, and me to make our coordination so easy. She wasn't pressuring us to make an offer on the home we didn't like. She provided her expert advice on the home we saw and provided valuable insights throughout the process which helped us make an informed decision. She was always available and answered all our questions (24x7) and acted so fast when we were putting offers on the interested homes. When we are ready to make an offer, she talked to listing agents and got more insights on what should be the right offer price for the given home. After our offer was accepted ($20K below the listing price), she worked with me to get more lender credits with the mortgage company. She provided us with excellent service as a result I have recommended her to many of my friends and would love to work with her in the future for our next home.
