She was always available and answered all our questions (24x7) and acted so fast when we were putting offers on the interested homes. When we are ready to make an offer, she talked to listing agents and got more insights on what should be the right offer price for the given home. After our offer was accepted ($20K below the listing price), she worked with me to get more lender credits with the mortgage company.
