I contacted Summer on a bit of a whim, and she got back to me within just a few hours. We found our dream home and could only get it on contingency of selling our home. Less than 48 hours later she was helping us stage our home, had pictures taken, made a tiktok and our house on the market. She ripped the bandaid off for us and I’ll be forever grateful for that. She navigated us through a quick sale after our accepted offer on our dream house so eloquently and kept us calm during a stressful time. My favorite thing about Summer is she is so authentically herself. It feels like talking with a friend. She is always honest, lets you know when it’s time to be calm or time to panic. She is truly an expert of real estate and the trust I have in her in immense. I hope we never have to move again lol but if we did, I’d make sure to have Summer sell for us, no one else would’ve taken the reigns like she did and sell our house in 48 hours.
