Summer and her team were very communicative and clear, especially when answering all my questions. With knowing the market so well, Summer even took the time to send me a few curated listings, and I'm so glad she did, because one I had overlooked turned out to be a perfect fit. Summer and team were not daunted that I would be touring virtually from out of state, and made time to show me the house when I flew in briefly. Summer was also incredibly savvy in negotiations: she knew what I could get for this area and I was so pleased she fought for it on my behalf. She was also upfront and honest through the process. She was willing to do what was needed to get us to closing, even in the final week. Summer also provided vendor recommendations, helping remove the guesswork for me, which was helpful in being new to the area. While I hope I don't move for some time, I will definitely ask Summer again when it's time, and recommend her to anyone who's looking.
