From day one Summer was on point. She was highly communicative and responsive to our needs and questions. We had to come some distance and were primarily available only on weekends yet Summer always made time for us. She knows the region well which was extremely helpful. When under contract she assisted connecting us with home inspectors, pest inspectors, contractors and engineers, and advocated for us, which helped us with the time and information needed to make the right decision. She a true professional, a really nice person.

I believe this because of my experience with her and 3 other agents in Lake county. My situation was like threading a needle. It took a long time to get the right house. Summer is the best agent to have help you. From the beginning of the experience to the end, she was always there no matter what the question was. We both gained knowledge about a lending company she has never worked with.
