Sula Meyer

Sula is very knowledgeable, responsive, hard-working, and pleasant. I highly recommend her. She was our realtor for both a purchase and a sale. On the buy side, she listened to what we wanted and found houses and neighborhoods that matched. She never pushed bad fits. Her market analysis was spot on. Example: one house we liked listed for $1.385M. Sula said it was worth $1.260M. We tried to buy it but couldn't get sellers within range because their broker had stars in his eyes, so we walked. We learned later it sold for $1.260M. (We're not sorry. We ended up buying a house we like better.) On the sell side, Sula gave great advice regarding getting the property in shape, staging, etc. And again I think she pegged the value correctly. Throughout it all, Sula was always readily available, fielding our calls early and late. We probably drove her nuts but she never showed it. She is well versed in all the transactional processes and explained them well. She gave references to vendors. And she cared about us as people. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Sula is absolutely AMAZING. She helped me find a home that I love. She has incredible familiarity with the entire Valley of the Sun region: she knows the real estate market extremely well, but is also great resource for things to see and do in the area and she helped me sort out where to live based on my needs and preferences. Sula has an uncanny ability to quickly and accurately assess the quality and value of homes, which really helped me narrow in on the right home. She made buying a home easy with her deep knowledge of the process and her knack for negotiation. Sula is more than responsive - she went above and beyond every step of the way for me. Sula made house shopping so much FUN. I could not recommend her more highly --- I wish I could give her TEN stars!
