For example, she not only provided contacts to help us get the house ready for showing, but worked closely with them to ensure the work was done to a high standard and on time.  We hit the market just before the restrictions imposed by Covid-19, but Suhl managed the situation calmly and professionally.  Her analysis of the market and her appraisal were spot on, and we received multiple offers, which was quite remarkable given the unprecedented times.   ? Suhl Chin handled the sale of our home with a combination of business acumen and social skills that made the sale possible.
