I used Ms. Rossi to both sell my condo in Pompano Beach, and to buy a new home in Fort Myers. Her local knowledge of the area was impressive; she also made great suggestions about my condo and had a professional photographer take pics. She advertised and held an open house. Due to all of this experience/hard work, i had an offer within 5 days of listing my condo! She worked very hard and diligently to insure that my sale stayed on track despite some trying circumstances from the buyer. Likewise, when i bought my new home, she stayed on top of things, worked with the selling agent, and was able to arrange my closing on both my condo and my new home on the same day! I would HIGHLY recommend Ms. Rossi for any transaction!
