The seller we purchased a home from was very contentious and potentially could have cause us a lot of problems, but it was Sue’s diligence and experience that got us through the ordeal without anything going wrong. Sue went above and beyond the role of realtor. She provided guidance on selling my home, made the process of selling my home as low stress as possible, sold my house quickly and at the price I was hoping for, dealt with a difficult buyer so I didn't have to and assisted with finding a rental property. Her communication skills are great, she expresses herself well and always with a smile, a "no problem" and "you are welcome". There is NOTHING she won't do to help. She "worries" about her clients and will call with something that may have come to mind when we weren't together. Being in her hands gives a huge sense of security to the client.
