Sue was very helpful with the purchase of our home. We were an out of state buyer and she did a lot of extra things for us to make it very smooth. She even went in and took measurements for us to make sure our refrigerator would fit in the opening.

Very helpful. very responsive to questions. helped me get all the info needed to change over utilities, etc. All very necessary since I was not in Florida during the process. she made the whole thing as easy as possible.
