We recently sold our house in Fremont. It was a pleasure working with Sue. She is professional who helped us throughout the process. She kept us up-to-date and was transparent with the whole process. We sold our house above the asking price and that too remotely because of Covid 19. Kudos Sue!

Good and dependable agents are dime a dozen. What's special about Ms. Phan is that she cares about her client's interests and she would rather protect the client and risk loosing her commission than go through with the transaction and get paid. I am not only a repeat client but I also referred many friends who had bought houses in the Bay area with her helps and excellent support. The last transaction she helped me to buy was in San Francisco and not in her area but she picked up the local knowledge and regulations so fast that impressed even the seller's agent with years of experiences working in the city. She has a lot of patience and knowledge to deal with difficult transactions such as 1031 exchange, properties with building code issues, and even properties with pending litigation. She is a smart and tough negotiator and I am always glad that she works for me instead of the party on the other side of the table. Ms. Phan is one of those agents who can adapt to the constantly changing circumstances of a transaction with ease. It doesn't matter what the circumstances -- they are either temporary set backs or advantages. She will work with the other parties to resolve the issues quickly if they are set backs. However, if the circumstances are to her client's advantage, she will use it to get the transaction done favoring the client's interest. I would recommend Ms. Phan to anyone who are looking for a good and reliable real estate or loan agent with a lot of experience in the Bay Area.
