Sue is amazing. She helped my buy my home in Alton in 2018, and here she is helping me sell it now in 2020! I went back to her because she's extremely patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and is always there for any of my questions or concerns!! Certain homes had items we weren't even aware showed problem areas such as termite damage or retaining walls. She caught those and alerted us to a potential problem or cost.
