Her sense of customer service is rare in these days. She is accessible at all times, regardless whether it interrupts her personal plans. The energy and enthusiasm she brings to every aspect of the sale or purchase is amazing. Often that work ethic, that personal and professional commitment and focus, would translate into something that would financially benefit us, in every instance something I never would have thought of or seen or realized.
