My wife and I were relocating and were very unfamiliar with the area. Sue went above and beyond to educate us about the area, showed us many houses that covered the range of our wants/needs and answered all questions we had.

Sue went above and beyond to educate my wife and I about the area we were buying in since we were relocation and had little info about Delaware. The available homes she showed us gave us a great idea of the market and what was available to us in different price ranges. We gave her a very aggressive schedule and she delivered. As an added bonus, Barry gave us a sight seeing tour to familiarize us with locations and joined in the home search. They will be the first ones we call if we look to buy again!

We bought our home in 2007 using Sue Hastings by a recommendation from a friend. She was wonderful back then and continues to be great. I am not an easy person to please yet Sue was wonderful through every step of the process. We did not hesitate to call on her when we decided to place our house on the market this year. Her experience was evident every step of the way so much so that it was as if she had a magic ball and could see the future. She was great and I would and will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Lastly, I was happy to learn that our house would be posted on websites such as Zillow, and Trulia. I know many people (myself included) who rely almost solely on these sites for home searches.

Sue will always go up and beyond to make sure everything is in order and nothing slips through the cracks. She does not stop working for you until the documents are signed at settlement; and even then, if she thinks of something or discovers something that is of any value to you, she will still contact you far beyond the settlement date. No other agent I have ever had an experience with did anywhere near as much as Sue has.

The only way I would recommend Sue Hastings to others would be if they were searching for an agent whose real estate savvy was matched only by her personal and professional integrity and tireless energy and commitment to achieve her client's goals and objectives. ...and not just goals and objectives; Mrs. Hastings finds her joy in helping her clients find theirs. Her sense of customer service is rare in these days. She is accessible at all times, regardless whether it interrupts her personal plans. The energy and enthusiasm she brings to every aspect of the sale or purchase is amazing. Often that work ethic, that personal and professional commitment and focus, would translate into something that would financially benefit us, in every instance something I never would have thought of or seen or realized. This is a rare individual who has been a blessing to our family. Needless to say, I would recommend her to my dearest friends and family members, as well as anyone else I wanted to impress. And to be honest, there's something of a selfish motive in that, since there is no doubt in my mind that they would thank me for it.
