This proved to be beneficial to me when I went to sell my first home. I called up Sue again (we had been in touch throughout the years as I made improvements to my property - I also wanted her guidance on what would best sell) when I was thinking about putting my place on the market. With her advice, we were able to get the place on the market and receive multiple offers - over asking - and go under contract within 3 days. The home sold for substantially more than what i bought it for and put into it - all thanks to Sue's expertise along the way. When I grew frustrated with the process, she was able to keep me calm and offer solutions - which ended up turning out way better than what I wanted to do - in order to make sure I got the best deal possible. 10/10 will contact Sue again on my next home transaction.
