The home sold for substantially more than what i bought it for and put into it - all thanks to Sue's expertise along the way. When I grew frustrated with the process, she was able to keep me calm and offer solutions - which ended up turning out way better than what I wanted to do - in order to make sure I got the best deal possible. 10/10 will contact Sue again on my next home transaction.
