Sue was very prepared throughout the entire process. At our first meeting she had the market analysis ready to show current pricing and estimated time frames. She was responsive to our questions and she was prepared with an extensive list when it came to helping us find vendors for the minor repairs we needed to make. She gave constructive input and I feel looked out for our interests. Sue was a pleasure to work with!

The house I owned had been rented and “managed” by a property management company that failed on so many levels. I decided to sell and contacted Sue. She is AMAZING! I currently live in another state and I am going through treatment and surgeries for breast cancer while all this is going on. She helped get me in touch with contractors and landscapers, so the house was back to it’s beautiful self. Sue really went above and beyond coordinating everything. I can not say enough good things about her. She was always very prompt in responding, honest, and had my best interests in mind. An absolute angel.
