Sue did an amazing job selling my mother’s home after she moved into an assisted living. As you can imagine clearing a house that someone lived in for 53 years took considerable time and effort. Sue was extremely kind and checked in with us consistently so that she could plan for pictures and have the listing ready to be posted as soon as the home was ready. We never felt rushed or forgotten through the process. We received multiple offers and unfortunately the first offer fell through. Have no fear! Sue kept a list of all who were interested and had submitted offers and contacted them immediately. We had another offer in hand very quickly and we were able to close quickly as well.
