Sue was a joy to work with! She made an effort to get to know us and really understand what we were looking for as a young married couple hoping to buy our first home. She was open to feedback and tailored her search to our needs. Sue was also very reliable and willing to meet with us frequently. She secured viewings as soon as they were available and had quite the professional network. She made the process less stressful as first time homebuyers. As a young home buyer, I appreciated her fast pace communication, intentionality and action, as well as her patience in walking me through the process. Her recommendations for financing, inspection, etc. were also invaluable and made the buying process so much easier. In addition to her professionalism, she also made the buying process (which is notoriously frustrating and long) interesting and fun. Sue did an amazing job selling my mother’s home after she moved into an assisted living. As you can imagine clearing a house that someone lived in for 53 years took considerable time and effort. Sue was extremely kind and checked in with us consistently so that she could plan for pictures and have the listing ready to be posted as soon as the home was ready. We never felt rushed or forgotten through the process. We received multiple offers and unfortunately the first offer fell through. Have no fear! Sue kept a list of all who were interested and had submitted offers and contacted them immediately. We had another offer in hand very quickly and we were able to close quickly as well. Sue is organized, efficient, and a great communicator. She takes time to understand her client’s needs and does everything she can to meet them.
