Aviara Home Sold

As the real estate market began to soar in 2021 Sue knew we were interested in selling our home in Aviara at some point. We met with Sue and Gina to review our options and decided to place our home on the market in August. We agreed on the selling price and they put together an outstanding online marketing plan with professional photos and virtual tour. We sold our home within 14 days at our asking price! Coincidently the buyer wasn't working with an agent so Sue's daughter Gina represented the buyer while we remained with Sue. Despite the concern of a conflict of interest Sue and Gina handled the entire transaction and process professionally meeting the needs of both the seller and buyer. We have worked with Sue and her team in the past both selling and buying homes and have been totally satisfied each time.
