As the real estate market began to soar in 2021 Sue knew we were interested in selling our home in Aviara at some point. We met with Sue and Gina to review our options and decided to place our home on the market in August. Coincidently the buyer wasn't working with an agent so Sue's daughter Gina represented the buyer while we remained with Sue. Despite the concern of a conflict of interest Sue and Gina handled the entire transaction and process professionally meeting the needs of both the seller and buyer.
