I'm seldom impressed these days with promises of incredible results, but Sue actually delivered by getting me the highest price for my property. The house had been rented out for years and Sue made some recommendations that truthfully, at first, I thought the cost was too high. She oversaw/managed all the updates and hired an excellent home staging company- the house looked amazing and I believe set the stage for us to sell for the highest price. Although hesitant about the upfront costs and time, I took her advice which as it turned out, was a very wise decision. I want to add that Sue assisted me in assisting my tenants to vacate during covid-19, no easy feat. Sue is honest, to the point and she treats you like family, she exceeded my expectations.
