Everyone knows a realtor or has one recommended to them. However, not all are created equal. From the very first interaction to the last signature on the documents, Sue provided me with insight, sound advice, emotional support, timely updates, and amazing service. I'm seldom impressed these days with promises of incredible results, but Sue actually delivered by getting me the highest price for my property. The house had been rented out for years and Sue made some recommendations that truthfully, at first, I thought the cost was too high. She oversaw/managed all the updates and hired an excellent home staging company- the house looked amazing and I believe set the stage for us to sell for the highest price. Although hesitant about the upfront costs and time, I took her advice which as it turned out, was a very wise decision. I want to add that Sue assisted me in assisting my tenants to vacate during covid-19, no easy feat. Sue is honest, to the point and she treats you like family, she exceeded my expectations. If you are buying or selling, Sue will work alongside you with your best interests in mind.

In totality, I cannot say enough about Sue Connell and the level of service she provides. Sue sold two properties of mine and took care of business. Especially in the Covd-19 virus period.
