Buying a house in this market is already stressful enough as it is, but imagine having to sell your current house before you can even buy the next house. Sue was there with me through thick and thin, every step of the way. Even when things felt like it would all unravel, she was there to help me figure out a way to make it happen. Well, first I had to sell my house. Things were off to a good start as we got multiple offers and, of course, went with the highest one. At about the same time, I had already submitted an offer on my dream house too. And wouldn’t you know it, there were 14 offers on the house. Yes, 14 offers!! Sue and I came up with a winning offer but I was only given 10 days to remove all loan contingencies. At one point, I was getting close to losing my dream house if I could not close on the sale of my old house. But again Sue came through and introduced me to a lender that was able to approve me in a couple days. When I look back on this, I’m not really sure how we were able to pull all this off. But I do know that without Sue’s expertise I could not have done this alone. And even better, with her help, I just knew we could make it happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Selling at the top of the market was not an easy task as I knew our house was worth it but just didn't show it. Sue was very professional as well as personal…my stress was high as (all) my criteria needed to be met (timeline, fees, monetary acceptance, etc.).
