Purchasing a home is, for most of us, the most expensive thing we purchase in Life. And since big money is involved, the transactions are situational, can become complex, and when issues arise, you need someone with experience and perspective. Sue provides all that. She guided us through revising our offer on a recent property due to problems found during inspection, and we were able to extricate ourselves from that particular purchase. She has helped us through two purchases now completed, and are in process on selling a former home, with strategic pricing, and advice. We highly recommend her service, and her advice.
