Our first impression of Stuart was of his persistence. We had tried to to sell earlier with another agent but had no success. Afterwards we were inundated with calls by other agents to try again, Stuart being one of them. But he also went a step further and sent us a video of himself as an introduction to him and some of his work. That impressed us. Then when we decided to try selling again, we met with Stuart and he went over everything in very clear and easy-to-understand terms. He made a slick pamphlet to promote the house and had 360 degree pictures and videos made. His work behind the scenes to promote the house on a variety of platforms drew us a large number of views online and by the time it went on the market, we knew that we were ready. Stuart not only knows real estate but he knew how to direct us to best prepare the house. He was always professional to work with, quick to respond, clear with advice, and clearly experienced in his trade.
