He guided us through the process and explained everything in great detail and insured we had all the information and understanding of the process from start to end. We connected with Stuart on line as we were moving to Henderson, NV from out of state and he responded immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Anthem area where we wanted to locate and graciously showed our daughter several homes that we had seen online before we arrived in town. On our first day we visited 10 houses that we had seen online and we made an offer on one. There were five offers on the house and Stuart expertly guided us through the negotiation process. We weren't the top bidder, but because of his skill we got the house. Stuart then found us an apartment to rent until we could move into our new home. We have purchased twelve homes in five states over the fifty years and this was by far the easiest transaction.
