I would highly recommend Steve Wilson as my Realtor. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a Realtor. He's always available We lived an hour away from the property he sold for us but Steve saved us many trips by being there when needed. We don't know what we would have done without him. His recommendations alone from painters, exterminators and a lot of odds and ends he took care of personally that saved us quite an expense. He's knowledgeable and he would be the first person we would call if we had any questions about Real Estate. He's professional but you also feel he is a friend.

Steven was knowledgeable and responsive by text, email and taking phone calls. Working with him long distance was smoth and easy. Steven has a wonderful personality.

Steve is great at his job. He is patient and knows how to deal with people from all backgrounds. He is well liked and respected in the community. He always answered my calls and kept me up to date. My property was a rental and as a landlord out of county he assisted me in getting the unit cleaned up for sale. He advised me on paint colors and upgrades that made the unit marketable for a resonance price. I found him by a referral from a neighbor in that community. I never met him in person but from our first conversation I knew that he would take care of everything and for that I am grateful.

Steve is truly great. He is always on top of everything and sometimes he’s already a step ahead. This is something that I truly value because in the real estate market, time is of the essence, and Steve knows how to use it!
