I have been looking for a condo to buy for 3 months with another realtor. Once I met Steven he found me the perfect condo within a week. He knew exactly what I wanted. Steven responded to all my emails and texts quickly. My buying process was not easy yet he worked very diligently so that we could close quickly. He dealt with all the issues that came up and made sure that I understood what was going and that everything was going as smooth as possible. Steven was a great person to work with. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work!

We were having some difficulty selling our lovely home as things were shutting down towards the end of 2019 and early 2020. Steven was prompt in his response to our need, he quickly understood exactly what our needs were, he gave us an accurate estimation of what the house would sell for and then he worked unbelievably hard to ensure the home was seen by potential buyers. He was diligent, he kept his word in every way, he was proactive and incredibly sensible in all his dealings with us. We felt he was working with us and for us, while still being completely ethical and considering the buyer. I would use him again if I needed to - in fact I would never use anyone else at this stage.
