We moved from Indiana and did not know very much about the housing market in Florida, so we went to a lot of open houses attempting to understand the pitfalls associated with houses in Florida. During this research we met many realtors, which wanted to help us purchase a house. Steve is a different type of realtor and really understands all of the possible issues with homes in Florida. Steve is also a General Contractor, so this knowledge helped us weed out the homes with potential issues. When we first met Steve, we knew he was the right realtor for us, since he was more about finding us the right home at the right price, but not focused on only closing a deal. We spent approximately 2 months on nights and weekends looking at many homes with Steve. Steve helped us purchase a home, which was a great investment and would allow us to generate equity very quickly. Steve is very skilled in navigating the negotiation and closing process also. I have purchased many houses int he mid west and Steve is by far one of the best realtors I have worked with in all of my purchases. I would recommend Steve to my family, friends or strangers without any hesitation.
