Steve was amazing from the beginning. From the start, Steve helped us prepare for the sales process including how to get our house ready for sale and to manage our expectations. His recommendations were spot on and our house looked amazing and was ready to go when listed. He brought his team in for photos and did an awesome job in showcasing our home for sale. The listing looked great. Soon after the listing hit the MLS, we had an open house weekend. He arrived timely and had very provided very professional brochures. After the open houses, he provided lots of feedback on the results of the open house. That weekend we received a great offer on the house which we ultimately accepted. Once the offer is accepted, the real work starts. The inspection and closing process. Steve was so helpful in guiding us through the ups and downs of the process. He kept us grounded and informed all the way through. Whenever an issue would occur, he would walk us through our options and lead us to a good solution. The end result was a successful and what felt like a very easy sale.
