Review To avoid the hassle of house selling,? we were originally planning on selling our home through an agency that offers a cash price and involves no showings or open houses etc. This seemed like a good idea especially with the current pandemic we are all living with. We contacted Open Door, and Steven from the Steven Norris agency responded and subsequently, via videoconference, presented the two options. Because of Stevens knowledge, the considerable difference in price, and the confidence we felt with Steven, we opted to go with “Plan B” and sell in a more conventional manner. Steven had some recommendations which we followed ?to prepare the house for sale.????? We had six offers the first weekend our home was listed. We accepted the best offer-which was considerably high than asking price-and closed 3 weeks later last month.
